A little bit overdue, but fortunately I took a picture of the raw supplies shortly after I bought them 2 weeks ago. Got some 3" and 4" abs pipe and a few sizes of pvc couplers. Also got some bondo, which I still haven't touched, and some foam board to use as a spacer.
I don't have pictures at the momet, but cutting lines have been drawn on the tubes and I actually have barely enough pipe to try again if I fuck up, yay. I've done one cut with the dremmel, but it didn't turn out that great, so I had to wait to get a hacksaw and I haven't made any progress since Sunday.
I probably should scan and post my blueprints to post up here. There's a ways to go, and not a lot of time to do it. Good news is that the leds and decals are on the way. I found a sound module that has ashpd sounds preprogrammed, unfortunately its $50 and I don't know a whole lot about audio components. The electronics can wait though, first I need to figure out assembly and painting... and before that I need to figure out the bondo. We'll see how much I can get done this weekend.
